Modification of Terms and conditions of Service:
AAT may at any time modify the terms of the Service without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms at any given time. You should regularly review the Terms. In the event wherein the modified terms are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you agree to accept and abide by the modified Terms.
Credit card details:
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of online payment services offered by the AAT will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to the AAT. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by the AAT with any third party unless required by law, regulation or court order.
Revision of Fees/Charges:
The AAT reserves a right to revise the fees or other charges or withdraw any or all of the services without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Institute.
Confirm Eligibility for Student Enrollment / Registration:
Before making online payment towards Enrollment / Registration as a student of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, kindly confirm that you are eligible for a particular type of course of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Also after making online payment towards fee, you are requested to complete the formalities as per the requirements of Studies Directorate viz.; uploading of Photo, Signature, Qualification, Address Proof, Age Proof etc. as applicable in your case along with a copy of the receipt generated after successful online transaction. The details of eligibility as well the offline formalities required to be completed for Member Registration / Enrollment of the AAT can be accessed at the 'Members Section' on the website of the Institute: https://icmaiaat.in.
Cancellation and Refund cases:
No cancellation/refund inquiries will be entertained, once the payment is done, under any circumstances.
